Marie de Lauzon appointed Chief Administrative Officer of Voltalia

Management structuring in a background of growth acceleration

Voltalia, electricity producer based on renewable energy, announces the appointment of Marie de Lauzon to the newly created Chief Administrative Officer position. This new addition to the team demonstrates that Voltalia, listed on Euronext Paris since July 2014, is willing to reinforce its management team, as it has accelerated the growth pace of its development.

This newly created role encompasses investor relations and communication, human resources management, internal control and IT.

Marie de Lauzon, 37, has gained strong experience in supporting companies and their management teams in their strategic thinking on corporate finance and change management. She started her career in investment banking with Citigroup where she worked for 7 years in London and Zurich; she then worked for PwC for 3 years in Paris. More recently, Marie worked as COO and CEO of a French investment management company.

Marie de Lauzon graduated from HEC Paris (class of 2002) and holds a CEMS Master's in International Management from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
