Volati publishes prospectus regarding the issued bond loan and applies for listing of its corporate bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 5 December 2017, Volati AB (publ) issued a senior unsecured bond loan (ISIN SE0010547042) of SEK 600 000 000 within a total frame amount of SEK 1 000 000 000 with a final maturity date on 5 December 2022. The bond loan has a floating rate of STIBOR (3 months) + 3.5 per cent.

Volati AB (publ) has applied for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm with an expected first day of trading on 19 December 2017. In connection with the listing of the bonds, Volati AB (publ) has prepared a prospectus that was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) today. The prospectus is available at the company's website, www.volati.se and the website of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, www.fi.se.
