The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Acquisition RAILPRO voestalpine Bahnsysteme GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the listed voestalpine AG, has reached agreement on key-terms with the Dutch companies Strukton Groep N.V., Volker Stevin Deelnemingen B.V. and BAM NBM Rail B.V. with respect to the acquisition of the majority of shares in the Dutch company Railpro B.V. It is envisaged that voestalpine Bahnsysteme GmbH acquires a stake of 70% of the shares in Railpro B.V. The current shareholders of Railpro B.V., Strukton Groep N.V., Volker Stevin Deelnemingen B.V. and BAM NBM Rail B.V. will, after completion of the transaction, each hold 10% of the shares of Railpro B.V. Railpro B.V. is a company which specializes in supplies and services for the Dutch railway infrastructure market.
