Result from ordinary activities (EGT) increased by 11.6% to EUR 164 million . EBITD of EUR 354 million reaches the similar level of the prior year . Operating result (EBIT) of EUR 153 million is 8.9% below the result of 1998/99 . Proposed dividend of EUR 1.2 per share on the level of previous year .
