Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces today that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 30 July 2024 at 10.00 am at The Pavilion, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN and live webcast over the internet for Registered Shareholders.

In connection with this, the Notice of AGM and the Forms of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism , in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1. The Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website at vodafone.com/agm .

Shareholders will be able to submit comments or questions for consideration by the Directors at the meeting. Questions can also be submitted to VodafoneAGMQuestions@equiniti.com by 6.30 pm on Friday, 26 July 2024.
