Vostok Nafta depository receipt buy-back

Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. ("Vostok Nafta" or "The Company") has repurchased 114,786 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) of the Company. This represents 0.12% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-back. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 98,470,200.
