Vivid Games S.A. — Earnings Release 2021

TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the"Company", "Issuer"), informs that on October 8th, 2021, the Issuer madean estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for September 2021.

Salesrevenue for September 2021 is expected at PLN 2.26 million. The netprofit for September 2021 is expected at the level of PLN 0.01 million.The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 2.6 million.

Cumulativelyfor the first nine months of 2021, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues at PLN 16.43 million, gross sales result at -PLN 1.85 million, EBITDA at PLN 2.75 million, net result at - PLN 1.85million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The final information about theresult and sales revenues, taking into account the data for theindicated period, will be included in the report for the 3rd quarter2021, which will be published in accordance with the schedule presentedby the Issuer in the current report No. 2/2021.
