Vitec carries out a share split 5-for-1
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Vitec Software Group AB (publ) held on December 9, 2015 resolved in a share split 5-for-1, meaning that each share is divided into five shares of the same class. The first trading day after the split will be on Tuesday December 22 2015. The last trading day for trading in shares before the split is Monday December 21 2015.
Shareholders need take no action in response to the division.
The following timetable applies for the division:
- Last day of trading before the split is December 21, 2015
- First day of trading after the split is December 22, 2015
- The record date at Euroclear Sweden is December 23 2015
- The new holding is expected to be visible on the shareholder's securities account December 28, 2015
As a result of the split, the total number of shares will increase from 5,879,338 shares to 29,396,690 shares. The number of A shares will increase from 800,000 shares to 4,000,000 shares and the number of B shares will increase from 5,079,338 shares to 25,396,690 shares.
As of December 22, 2015 the Vitec shares will be traded with the ISIN code SE 0007871363.
