Nomination committee established for Vitec AGM 2016

In accordance with the decision at the Annual General Meeting of Vitec Software Group AB (publ) of May 6 2015, the Company's three largest shareholders as of August 31, 2015 offered the opportunity to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee for the AGM 2016. In addition, the Chairman of the Board is always be a member of the Nomination Committee. The Committee will, if appropriate, submit proposals to the AGM regarding election of chairman of the meeting, Chairman of the Board and other Board members and the auditor. The Nomination Committee also presents proposals for financial compensations for the Board members and the auditors.

The following Nomination committee has been established for the Vitec annual general meeting 2016

Olov Sandberg (chairman of the committee) Lars Stenlund Jerker Vallbo Crister Stjernfelt (Chairman of the board)

Together these owners represented more than 60 % of the votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) as per August 31, 2015.

The proposals from the Nomination Committee will be presented in the notice convening the AGM and on the Vitec website in connection therewith. The nomination committee's term of office extends until a new Nomination Committee has been constituted, which normally takes place in September/October each year.
