Sub: Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Intimation of Board Meeting – AFR – Q4 / year ended March 31, 2020 – reg.

With reference to above, it is hereby informed that next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at "Visaka Towers", 1-8-303/69/3, S.P.Road, Secunderabad – 500 003, interalia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter / year ended March 31, 2020.

In view of ongoing lockdown situation across the country, the company is also providing an option to participate in the meeting through video conference mode to all the directors, as contemplated under the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi.

In view of the said meetings, trading window of the company which is closed effective from April 1, 2020 shall remain closed till May 28, 2020 i.e., elapse of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.

In terms of SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12.05.2020 SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/48 dated 26th March 2020, there shall be no publication of notice in the newspapers in this regard.
