Subject: Change in Senior Management

Ref.: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (“Listing Regulations”) we wish to inform you about the below mentioned changes in the Company’s Senior Management Personnel:

1. Mr. Praful Gupta, Vice President - Sales & Customer Relationship Management has tendered his resignation and will be relieved from his services with effect from March 31, 2025.

2. Mr. Akash Shukla, presently working as Vice President – Human Resources has taken an additional responsibility of Sales & Customer Relationship Management (in Interim capacity) with effect from April 1, 2025.

We are enclosing herewith the brief details of the aforesaid changes as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A . The copy of the accepted resignation is also enclosed herewith.

He has also worked with various companies like Tata Sky, Bunge India, General Electric, PepsiCo, CEAT, and Dalmia Cement. Mr. Akash Shukla is an engineering graduate from Bhilai Institute of Technology, holds an MBA from SIBM, Pune, and has a Green Belt in Six Sigma application.
