Announcement on the conclusion of the cross-border merger

The Belgian company Viohalco S.A. announces to the public that the corporate transformation (cross-border merger) by absorption of "Sidenor Holdings S.A." by Viohalco S.A. was concluded on 22nd July 2015, by way of execution of the notarial deed, dated July 22, 2015, of the notary public of Brussels Belgium, Sophie Maquet.

The indicative timetable of principal events which was announced to the public as per Viohalco' s announcement of July 10, 2015, and amended by Viohalco's announcement, dated July 17, 2015, is still in effect.
