Board Changes:

Mobilarm Limited wishes to advise the resignation of Lindsay Lyon and Christian Lange as directors of the Company.

The board wish to thank Mr Lyon and Mr Lange for their valuable contribution to the board. Mr Lyon will continue working for the Company in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer reporting to the board.

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Gaunt as a non executive of the Company. Mr Gaunt is a substantial shareholder in the Company, holding 20.8 million shares ( 9%) through his company Blazzed Pty Ltd.

The board also wishes to advise that Brenton Scott has been appointed Managing Director of the Company. Richard Allen continues as non executive chairman.
