Further to the announcement made on 9 February 2018 regarding the appointment with effect from that date of Brendan Connolly as a non-executive director of Victrex plc ('the Company'), the Company confirms pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 that Mr Connolly is a non-executive director of Synthomer plc and has in the past five years served as a director respectively of Intertek Group plc and Cape plc, neither of which is current. No other disclosures pursuant to LR 9.6.13 are required.
