The Company has been informed by James Dickson, Chairman, that on 14th June 2017 his pension fund purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 112.50p per share through exercising his Joint Ownership Plan share option.  Following this transaction Mr Dickson holds 4,854,469 ordinary shares in the Company representing 17.36% of the Company's voting share capital.
