Non-executive Chairman Designate Share Purchase

Vertu was informed today of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by the Non-executive Chairman Designate, Peter Jones ("the Dealing"). The purchase of ordinary shares of 10p each took place on 25 July, at the price set out below:
