On May 7, 2014, the Board of Directors of Aastrom Biosciences, Inc., a Michigan corporation (the “Company”) appointed Dominick C. Colangelo as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Colangelo will continue to serve as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held with the Company since March 1, 2013.
