Bracknell, UK - 4 December 2014: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG) has been informed that J O Hambro Capital Management Limited has increased its shareholding in the Company from 500,000 ordinary 0.3p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares, and now holds 11.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Venture Life has also been informed that Aviva plc & its subsidiaries has increased its shareholding in the Company from 2,422,018 Ordinary Shares to 3,421,813 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
