2022 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Ventia Service Group Limited ( Ventia ) announces that the first Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of Ventia will be held on Thursday, 5 May 2022. A notice of meeting for the AGM is being prepared and will be announced to the ASX, the NZX and provided to the Shareholders before the end of March 2022.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. Ventia gives notice that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday, 28 February 2022.
