EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT – MINERAL SANDS PROJECT

The Board of Astro is pleased to announce that it has entered into a 30 day Exclusivity Agreement to a review a significant and JORC compliant mineral sands project.

Dependent on the review, Astro will then enter into an Option Agreement and conduct corporate and legal due diligence and acquisition completion.
