Completion of acquisition of Macphee Resources NL
The Board of Astro Resources NL (ASX: ARO) (“Astro” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Macphee Resources NL (“Macphee Resources”).
MacPhee Resources holds E80/3243 (“MacPhee Creek EL”) a prospective uranium exploration license which straddles the Great Northern Highway and MacPhee Creek valley in the East Kimberley of Western Australia approximately 130 kilometres from Kununurra.
The Company confirms that after undertaking due diligence and prior to completion the parties executed the relevant transaction agreements including the Share Sale Agreement and Royalty Agreement.
