Invitation to press conference

In connection with Veidekke's acquisition of 51% of the shares of the Hæhre

group, a press conference will be held today, 15 December, at 9 a.m. at

Veidekke's headquarters in Skabos vei 4, Oslo, 4th floor.

Veidekke/Hæhre will be represented by CEO Terje R. Venold, Managing Director Dag

Andresen and chairman of the board Albert Kr. Hæhre.
