Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 30 May 2018 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 54 597 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 94.2888 each.

The Trust now holds 930 573 shares.

The shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer

for executives in May 2018, see notification of 14 May 2018.
