On 27 November 2017 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 800 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 86.6255 each.

The Trust now holds 116 906 shares.

Employees of Veidekke purchased 1 103 969 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in

November 2017, see notification 20 November 2017. These shares will be

transferred from the Trust in December 2017. The balance of Veidekke shares in

the Trust is shown after this transaction.
