On 28 November 2014 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee

Share Trust) purchased 15 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 65.6013 each.

The Trust now holds 11 943 shares.

Employees purchased 1 046 994 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in November

2014, see notification 17 November 2014. These shares will be transferred from

the Trust in December 2014. The balance of Veidekke shares in the Trust is shown

after this transaction.
