GENERAL MEETING 23 APRIL 2020 - VIRTUAL MEETING
Real-time software company Vection Technologies Ltd ( ASX:VR1 ) ( Vection Technologies or the Company ) advises that its General Meeting to be held on 23 April 2020 at 10:00 am AWST will now be a Virtual Meeting.
On 2 March 2020, Vection Technologies announced the proposed acquisition of Mindesk, the HTC backed developer of the first Software as a Service ( SaaS ) real-time 3D design platform that combines Computer Aided Design ( CAD ) with Virtual Reality ( VR ) and graphic engines.
In view of the global pandemic and public health concerns, the health of the Company's shareholders, as well as its employees and other stakeholders is the Company’s highest priority.
Shareholders are able to now ONLY attend the General Meeting via the ZOOM online virtual medium.
Our virtual General Meeting can be accessed online using the details in the Appendix.
The Board encourages shareholders to monitor the ASX and the Company's website for any updates in relation to the General Meeting that may need to be provided. In the meantime, the Board encourages shareholders to submit their proxies as early as possible, even if they intend to attend the Virtual Meeting, as the situation may change (e.g. there may be restrictions on how the meeting itself may be held or conducted).
Shareholders will be able to hear and view the meeting on their own computers or phones.
