Departure of Certain Directors

On December 11, 2023, Mr. Stanley Khoo, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of VCI Global Limited, a British Virgin Islands business company (the “Company”), resigned from his position as the executive director of the Company. His resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
