This is a Company Announcement made by the Company in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules.

QUOTE

Reference is made to Company Announcement issued on 04 October 2024 in relation to the issue of €10,000,000 5.2% secured bonds 2030 - 2034 (the "Bonds Issue" and individually the "Bonds") in terms of a prospectus dated 04 October 2024 (the "Prospectus").

The Company is pleased to announce that the Bond Issue has been subscribed in full. In terms of the Prospectus, the Bonds were allocated to those Authorised Financial Intermediaries that entered into subscription agreements with the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to thank all those participating in the Bond Issue for their support and continued trust in the Company.
