(the “Company') will be convened on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11:00 am. (IST) through Video Conference ("VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs', General Circular Nos. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 and September 25, 2023 and other circulars issued in this respect (MCACirculars") and further Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI') vide: it Circular dated October 7, 2023 ('SEBI Circular”) without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue, on transact the business set out in the Notice calling the AGM.
