Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Vanadium Resources Limited (‘VR8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VR8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 5 February 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) (the Company) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities.

The Company advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to funding arrangements;

2. the trading halt is requested to commence pre-market open on Monday 3 February 2025;

3. it anticipates the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 5 February 2025, or the release of the announcement in relation to the matter noted at 1 above;

4. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted;

5. the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt
