REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – EXTENSION - ASX CODE VR8

Pursuant to ASX listing rule 17.2, Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) (the Company) requests an extension to the voluntary suspension of the quotation of its ordinary shares from commencement of trading on Monday, 10 February 2025.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to its request:

1. the Company requests the voluntary suspension pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation to funding arrangements;

2. the Company requests the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday 12 February 2025 or the release of the announcement in relation to the matter noted at 1 above;

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted;

4. the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt
