VR8 UNDERTAKES BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) (VR8 or the Company) wishes to advise that Mr van der Hoven, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board and Company subsidiary Vanadium Resources (Pty) Ltd as of 08 April 2022.

Further the Company wishes to formerly advise the transition of Mr Jurie Wessels from NonExecutive Chairman to Executive Chairman of the Company.

Mr van der Hoven commented:

“I wish to express my thanks for the opportunity to have served on the board of directors of the Company and for the opportunity to have assisted in the continued development and enhancement of the Company’s mineral assets. As the project is now reaching maturity it is the right time for me to step back as Director and to follow my desire to go on semi-retirement and retire from active participation in the industry. I will certainly be keeping an eye on the project as it continues the path towards development. I wish the Board and Company continued success”

Commenting on the resignation, Executive Chairman Jurie Wessels said:

“Nico has been a valuable component of the VR8 team and has been an integral part of its development. We wish to thank Nico for all he has contributed to the Company during his term as Non-Executive Director and wish him well with his undertakings.”
