On January 4, 2017, Valvoline Inc. issued a news release announcing that its subsidiary, Valvoline LLC, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business assets related to 28 quick-lube stores from Time-It Lube L.L.C. and Time-It Lube of Texas, LP. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
