TheIssue opened on 28" January 2021 and closed on 2"4 Feb 2021 and the same was intimated to you throughourletters dated 28" January 2021 and 24 Feb 2021.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Sharesin the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Companystandsincreased to % 19,70,61,430 consisting of 1,97,06,143 Equity Shares.
