Resignation of Jeffrey Wilson as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

On July 31, 2017, Jeffrey Wilson resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Visualant, Incorporated.

Mr. Wilson had no disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
