On October 19, 2015, Visualant, Inc. (“Visualant” or the “Company”) announced that Jeffrey Kruse has assumed the part time position of General Manager of TransTech Systems, Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, effective September 30, 2015. Mr. Kruse is no longer considered a 16 (b) officer of Visualant or TransTech.
