Uponor Corporation Stock Exchange release 3 Oct 2013 11.05 Nordea Investment Fund Company ownership returns to below 5% - a notification under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act Uponor Corporation has today received a notification referred to in Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act from Nordea Investment Fund Company Ltd, a Finnish subsidiary with a business id 1737785-9, stating that the company's ownership and share of votes in Uponor Corporation (ISIN code FI0009002158) has fallen back to below 5 per cent. As a result of share purchases on 2 October 2013, the total holding and voting power of Nordea Investment Fund Company Ltd dropped from 3,663,446 shares to 3,643,446 shares, representing an ownership of 4.977%.
