PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2025

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of UnUsUaL Limited (the “ Company ” and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) wishes to issue a profit guidance regarding the financial results for the six-months ended 30 September 2025 (“ 1H FY2026 ”) based on a preliminary assessment of the Group’s unaudited consolidated financial results for 1H FY2026.

Based on the preliminary review, the Group is expected to report a net profit for 1H FY2026 which is mainly attributable to increase in revenue with increased number of projects completed.

The Group is in the process of finalising its unaudited financial results for 1H FY2026. Further details of the Group’s financial results will be disclosed when the Company announces its unaudited financial results for 1H FY2026 on or around 10 November 2025.

In the meantime, shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Persons who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers.
