Change of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Universal Store Holdings Limited (ASX: UNI) (Universal Store or Company) advises that Renee Jones has resumed her role as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary following a period of maternity leave.
Edward MacDonald has completed his term as interim Chief Financial Officer, and as such, he has ceased acting in the capacity of Company Secretary of Universal Store. The Board of Directors of the Company would like to thank Mr MacDonald for his services and in particular his contribution to the successful IPO in November 2020.
Anne Maree Cresswell has been appointed Joint Company Secretary effective 19 4 21.
