BOARD CHANGES

• Srdjan Dangubic to resign from the Board

• Renee Gamble to be appointed to the Board

Universal Store Holdings Limited (Universal Store) (ASX:UNI) today announced that Srdjan Dangubic has provided notice of his intention to resign from his position as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2021. Mr Dangubic was appointed to the Board of Universal Store in October 2018 as a Non-Executive Director as part of Five V Capital’s investment in the Company.

The Directors of Universal Store have determined that an additional Director with digital and information technology industry experience and preferably with international experience would strengthen the Board’s overall capability and has conducted a search for a Director to meet that brief.

UNI today announced that the Board has resolved to appoint Renee Gamble as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 December 2021. Ms Gamble will stand for election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

Ms Gamble has over 20 years’ experience in the digital & ICT industries, including 10 years working in Asia, building and leading established and start-up business units across different countries. She is currently Industry Leader – Commerce at Google Australia and leads Google Australia’s strategy and customer engagement across the retail, technology, telecommunications, quick service restaurants, consumer packaged goods, media/entertainment and automotive industries. Her executive experience includes senior roles with Google, Microsoft and IDC Asia Pacific. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The Chair of Universal Store, Peter Birtles, said today “I would like to acknowledge and thank Srdjan Dangubic for his contribution to the Board and to the wider Company over the past three years. He has played a key role in the growth of the company over that time and in ensuring a smooth transition from private to public ownership.”
