Sub: Intimation of temporary shut-down of manufacturing plants.

Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in light of heightened concern on spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in line with the directions of the Government of India, State Government and its local administration / local authorities, the operations of manufacturing units of the Company have been temporarily suspended with effect from the Midnight of 24[th] March, 2020 at Satna Unit and from the Morning of 22[nd] March, 2020 at Goa Unit. The suspension period of all operations at these locations will depend upon the government guidelines/directives in this regard and the production at the above plants will resume as conditions permit. The expected financial impact of the above is not ascertainable at this stage.
