Unity Metals Limited (ASX: UM1) – Admission and Quotation

Description

Unity Metals Limited (‘UM1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Thursday, 8 January 2026.

The securities of UM1 will commence quotation at 12:00pm AEDT on Monday, 12 January 2026.

UM1 raised $8,662,981 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 6 November 2025, as varied by the supplementary prospectus dated 20 November 2025 and the second supplementary prospectus dated 4 December 2025, by the issue of 43,314,908 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
