Dear Sir/Madam,

In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Govind Iyengar, Company Secretary has "Voluntarily Retired" from the position of Company Secretary of the company effective January 01, 2023. His "Voluntary Retirement" has been approved by the Board of Directors.

Further, Mr. Avinash Shankar a Qualified Company Secretary (ACS-65276) working with United Breweries Limited for over a decade is appointed as "Interim Compliance Officer" of the company w.e.f. January 01, 2023, till such time a new Company Secretary takes charge.

Requisite disclosure as required under SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is attached as Annexure.
