Si rende noto che lo Statuto modificato a seguito dell'operazione di annullamento di azioni proprie, di cui al comunicato stampa diffuso il 4 ottobre scorso, è stato iscritto nel Registro delle Imprese in data 6 ottobre 2021 e pubblicato in data odierna sul sito internet della Società www.unicreditgroup.eu nonché su quello del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. () ed è a disposizione dei soci presso la Sede Sociale in Milano.
