Result of General Meeting

Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI) is pleased to announce that, in connection with the conditional Sale of the RTLS SmartSpace business (the "Sale") and the renaming of the group to IQGeo Group plc announced on 21 November 2018, all resolutions put to shareholders at the General Meeting today were duly passed.

Accordingly, the Sale remains conditional upon completion of the restructuring of the Group to separate the RTLS SmartSpace business, and approval of the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) to the Sale, as set out in the circular. Upon completion of the Sale which is still expected to take place on 31 December 2018, the shares of the Company will trade under the new name IQGEO Group Plc and the TIDM "IQG".
