On April 25, 2023, WestPark Capital, Inc, as the representative of the underwriters of the initial public offering (“IPO”) of U Power Limited (the “Company”), partially exercised the over-allotment option to purchase an additional 83,333 ordinary shares at the IPO price of $6.00 per share. As a result, the Company raised gross proceeds of approximately US$0.5 million, in addition to the previously announced IPO gross proceeds of approximately US$14.50 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses.
