ASIC APPROVAL OF NOMINEE FOR RIGHTS ISSUE

TZ Limited (the “ Company ”) refers to its announcement on 6 October 2017 of a fully underwritten pro rata non-renounceable rights issue by the Company on the basis of 2 new shares for every 5 shares held by eligible shareholders registered on 11 October 2017 at an issue price of 2.75 cents per share to raise up to approximately $5,543,817 (the " Offer ").

As noted in the announcement, the Company has decided not to extend the Offer to shareholders of the Company with registered addresses outside of Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore (" Ineligible Foreign Holders ").

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has approved the appointment of Berne No. 132 Nominees Pty Ltd to act as nominee for the Ineligible Foreign Holders in relation to the Offer under section 615(a) of the Corporations Act 2001.
