Calendar of Corporate events for 2016

In accordance with the provisions of law, TXT e-solutions SpA informs that the calendar of Corporate events for 2016 is defined as follows

8 March 2016	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.12.2015
27 April 2016	Shareholders Meeting to approve the results as at 31.12.2015
13 May 2016	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.03.2016
10 August 2016	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.06.2016
8 November 2016	Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.09.2016

Any Change to the calendar will be promptly communicated.
