Davenport Resources Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Davenport Resources Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 21 June 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Davenport Resources Limited (ASX: DAV) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the capital raising or commencement of normal trading on Thursday 21 June 2018.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
