Davenport Resources Limited (“Davenport” or the “Company” – ASX :DAV) advises that the Board has resolved to extend the closing date for the Prospectus dated 17 July 2018 offering eligible shareholders who participated in the recent Placement and Share Purchase Plan one free option for every share issued. The new closing date for the Offer is 5:00pm AWST on 29 August 2018 (previously 23 August 2018), which is prior to the Shareholder meeting to be held on 30 August 2018. The Company is extending the closing date of the prospectus to allow all eligible shareholders extra time to return their personalised Options application form.Eligible shareholders who do not return the application form by the closing date will not receive any options. The revised timetable in relation to the Offer is as follows: Event Date Dispatch of Prospectus to Eligible Shareholders 03 August 2018 Opening Date of Options Offers 06 August 2018 Closing Date of Offers (5pm AWST) 5:00pm AWST, 29 August 2018 General Meeting of Shareholders 30 August 2018 Anticipated date for issue of the Quoted Options and Lead Manager Options and dispatch of holding statements 3 September 2018 Anticipated date of Official Quotation of the Quoted Options 5 September 2018 These dates are indicative only and subject to change.
